321 Stainless Steel Pipe:

321 stainless steel is titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel. The addition of titanium improves the intergranular corrosion resistance and has good high temperature mechanical properties. Commonly used in high temperature equipment, such as furnace tubes, heat exchangers, etc. Used in some special occasions such as hydrogen corrosion resistance.

316 Stainless Steel Pipe:

316 stainless steel is added with molybdenum on the basis of 10Cr18Ni12 steel, so that the steel has good resistance to reducing medium and pitting corrosion resistance. – Suitable for marine environment because it has good resistance to chloride erosion. Commonly used in manufacturing pitting corrosion resistant materials, for example used in some chemical equipment. Can be used to make heat exchangers, pharmaceutical and photographic equipment, pumps and parts that are often exposed to marine environment, etc. Suitable for use in evaporators and equipment in chemical processes.

316L Stainless Steel Pipe:

Chemical properties:

– It is an austenitic chrome-nickel stainless steel containing molybdenum. The addition of molybdenum improves the overall corrosion resistance, especially the pitting resistance to chloride ion solutions, and provides higher strength at high temperatures. – The performance is similar to that of Type 304, but the strength is slightly higher at high temperatures. – It has good corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, formic acid and tartaric acid, etc.; It also has some resistance to acidic sulfates and basic chlorides.
